Love, MILK, and Infant Massage
A weekly circle at Sacred Good Medicine for moms of not-yet-crawling babies.
Join us in a weekly circle of Infant Massage instruction and breastfeeding support. Each week we will address a different aspect of infant massage and discuss any breastfeeding challenges or questions. This is also just a great place to breastfeed and is a wonderful opportunity for first time pregnant moms to become more familiar with breastfeeding.
A drop in fee of $15 is requested but everyone is welcome and no one will be turned away for inability to pay. Click here for dates.
Please register so I know how many people to expect and so I can contact you if I need to cancel class to attend a birth. It doesn’t happen often but I would hate to miss you when you’ve made the effort to come be with us.
Dancing For Birth
Come learn some new moves to enhance pregnancy comfort and labor ease, as well as just move your body in joy. We will practice labor poses, discuss optimal positioning, comfort measures, postpartum and birth preparation. We will also explore some spinning babies practices and some practices of ancient traditions, and have ourselves a darn good time. This is appropriate for pregnant and postpartum women. You can dance with your baby whether they are inside or outside your womb, whether your birth was vaginal or caesarean.

Mama’s Home Medicine
